Previously, the GarageBar website was limited & didn’t allow full control over the contents of the website being restricted to an outdated platform. The site lacked a main navigation meaning the site architecture was flat & there was limited room for organic growth due to multiple issues around development.
Our task was simple: create an industry leading e-commerce website that gives full access & flexibility to GarageBar, migrate the website across while maintaining existing rankings all while developing a holistic search strategy to increase the visibility and reach of the website, we did this by providing:

A new website was designed & developed to give the GarageBar domain full control and flexibility over the contents on-site. Technically the site needed to be built with a solid foundation to allow future and on-going optimisation work to benefit.

Understanding the opportunity to grow was a big part of the strategy for GarageBar as they already performed well for head terms in some cases but there was still significant opportunity for growth. A strategy of building out pages which targeted glass brands & countries of origins meant the domain could improve overall relevancy and visibility for these terms with specific pages targeted at them.

After successfully launching and migrating the website the next step was to implement our growth strategy. Strategy is nothing without execution, we used a structured hierarchy across the site utilising a new main navigation, coupled with strategic internal linking fixes to grow semantic relevancy across the site.
